About Me

I was brought up in India but have had a global career spanning 3 continents, India, Russia and USA. I was brought up in an extremely spiritual family where giving is part of life. The spiritual upbringing and deep rooted sense of giving and helping people has been inculcated and been the driving passion through out my almost 25 years of professional career.
Having blessed with my own profound and life changing spiritual experiences which brought tremendous transformation in my life I have helped people in implementing some of these basic principles and the results are always amazing.

During my global career lots of teachers, coaches enriched my life and now I feel blessed that I have been given the opportunity to give back.

I have 13 years of extensive coaching experience in leadership and management position. I founded my own " Solution focused" techniques called G.E.T.S. that are simple and practical and easy to implement. I trained many frontline Call Center leaders and agents with G.E.T.S and achieved excellent results. I was awarded TQS ( Total Quality Service) for exceptional Customer Service. I was chosen amongst stiff competition from various management leaders to attend the Executive Leadership Seminar conducted by NAMIC( National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications) & Anderson School of Management, California.

I always want to help and want to share these techniques with as many people as I found that these simple techniques can work in any life situation and have proven results.
I am also certified in Time Management, Team Building techniques and extremely good in helping people by ' removing the fluff" and showing people how to "think outside the box".
I want to share a little bit more about my past experience which will help you to make an informed decision as you are seeking help. In the past besides the coaching I have another 10 years of experience working as facilitator, interpreter and teacher in Asia and Europe.
