About Me

Throughout my career, I worked in recruitment and education industries, in sales & consulting. To me, these were never “regular” roles. It was never just about the sales.

I was coaching, I was consulting. I was supporting my clients to radically change their lives.

During my career I:
Worked in international environments in Switzerland & Germany,
Built and managed 3 successful business units from scratch,
Built & managed recruitment departments from scratch, where we recruited various seniority levels, mostly mid & senior level positions,
Worked in highly stressful, competitive environments,
Was continuously one of the best performers & team members,

and I really loved it! I was successful, everything was nice, great, comfortable, and fine…

But deep down, I knew something was missing.

A “just ok” life was NOT for me.

I knew I can give and do so much more and I realised...

What I´m best at & the most passionate about is: helping people create the life they want for themselves.

So I had two choices:

To do nothing about it or
To do a lot about it.

You can imagine what I chose to do ;)

All at once:

I quit my 9-5 job;
Moved to another country (beautiful Iceland);
Enrolled to a program to get my coaching certification;
Started my business (coming from a family of entrepreneurs, opening my own business has always been my goal);
Spent time with my family;

There were a lot of ups & downs and
adjusting to this life was HARD.

But I knew that I can achieve whatever I set my mind to!

I got though it all by:
Creating specific goals and plans;
Focusing on what truly matters and saying “no” to all distractions;
Replacing old habits with new, more empowering ones;
Taking action, every single day,
Working on my mind & body;
Surrounding myself with the right & incredible people;
…

Now, I run a successful Coaching business & help my clients create impactful careers fir themselves.
