Hi I'm Sandra,
I am a passionate Life & Wellness Coach! I love holding space with women, wanting to take all their life experiences, good, bad and otherwise and leverage all those amazing experiences toward living their BEST LIFE!

Sometimes it's hard to be aware that you maybe unaware of your strength and tanacity in aspects of your life. I will partner with you through the stages of awareness toward what Oprah would call and " Aha!" Moment. There can be a number of these moments and they are very fulfilling not only for my clients, but absolutely for myself, as I witness transformation.

I have been able, over time, to experience consistency and significant changes in a number of my clients. Your life experiences will be respected and are very useful as a catalyst; propelling you toward tapping into your own awareness and resolutions.

Marriage, Separation, Divorce, Illnesses, Death & Dying, Loss, Identity challenges, a sense of self, oppression, bias and more. These are some of my life experiences that I have personally leveraged to bring me to an awesome place of awareness today. A good coach must experience growth and change. This is why I will not be without a coach. One does need to have been coached in order to come to the level of awareness that it takes...to coach. My ideal clients become very aware of this as I ask the right questions. They become self motivated and consistent.

I desire and respect the coaching space enough not to give my clients the answers to MY life's tests. Knowing MY answers are not theirs and one size doesn't fit all. I watch my clients become patient with themselves, stronger, consistent individuals pursuing their goals and dreams.

I am also a Cultural Sensitivity & Awareness Coach, through an anti-bias/anti-oppression lens. I offer a brave, safe space for marginalized, non-marginalized people and so-called minorities to tap into their conscious awareness. In relationship to marginalized groups and so called minorities.
