About Me

I became a recovery coach because I know how hard early sobriety can feel — not just the physical part, but the emotional and spiritual confusion that comes with it. So many women enter this season feeling lost, ashamed, and unsure of who they are now that alcohol is no longer part of their lives. I’ve been there, and I now walk alongside other women to help them break that cycle and begin rebuilding from the inside out.

My approach is faith-informed, compassionate, and grounded in both lived experience and professional training. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, have completed graduate-level training in social work, and am a certified Christian recovery coach. Coaching with me is a space to get honest, feel safe, and take real steps toward healing — not just to stay sober, but to feel whole and purposeful in your sobriety.
