Sarah helps leaders and business owners voice their vision, leverage their strengths and align their values to plan and lead change. Do you need to go in a new direction? Is your team struggling? She will help you focus your energy and build the skills to rally your team and gain the support you need from stakeholders to get the work done.
With over 30 years as a Human Resources and Organization Development leader in Education, Public Sector, Tech, Finance and Not for Profit, Sarah has supported hundreds of leaders to make good change happen. She understands the dynamics of system-wide change and why so many change efforts fail. She also understands how visionary leaders see and shift systems to create what their teams, organizations and communities need to grow and thrive.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for over 15 years, Sarah offers individual coaching for executives, business owners and leaders. She provides team coaching to help teams innovate and hold each other accountable. She also delivers coaching skills training to help leaders grow other leaders. Sarah delivers leadership development training and builds customized internal leadership and succession programs.
She has a Master degree in Leadership and Training, a Certificate of Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Human Resources and Labour Relations from UBC. She is a certified Lumina Practitioner, including Lumina Spark, Team, Leader and Leader360 psychometric assessments.

In just four sessions of coaching with Sarah I moved through my ongoing contemplation of broad career goals to specific and purposeful actions that allowed me to embrace a new opportunity faster than my talk-myself-out-of-it brain knew what was happening. So Im already living the dream of my future work-life! Pinch me! Through intentional inquiry and active listening Sarah helped me to go beyond my comfort zone of observer mode into the 'action' zone.
