Are you at crossroads in your life personally or professionally? Has a change happened that has made you question your future? The pandemic, a significant life event such as a health crises, a death, suddenly caring for an elderly parent, or sick child, or a marriage breakdown? Or are you questioning your career, contributions to your organization, taking on a new role, seeking out a promotion or wanting to make a career transition? Are you up at 3 am because you don't know where to start, how to create a plan or just need a catalyst to make the first move? I understand. I have lived this life!
The good news? You don’t have to continue down this path. There is a way to start, to define the life you want, to build a plan and we will do it together. I will work with you to thoroughly understand where you are at today – what is working, and what you want to adjust/stop. I will help you define goals. We will work to understand your strengths and obstacles to making the needed change to achieve your goals. We will develop a step-by-step plan for noticing the behavior change(s) desired to help you make the change(s) but most importantly, sustain that change(s).
My clients say that I teach them skills to take a deep breath, feel confident early in the process that they are going to make it through their period of transition and uncertainty and to navigate change with skills they can re-use whether personally or professionally. My clients say they feel heard, understood, and supported.
I have had over 20 years’ experience coaching leaders, teams and individuals navigate change. I have been through multiple personal and professional transitions in my own life. I have an MBA, a BA in Psychology and Management, and I am a Certified Leadership Coach from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California.

When I started working with Sarah I was a new leader responsible for leading a significant amount of change in my team. I was overwhelmed and my team felt the same way. Sarah helped me prioritize the changes my team was receiving, driven by other departments and the organization. Sarah also helped me understand my role as a leader in change, determine my strengths and opportunities for growth to be effective in this role. I continue to utilize the skills Sarah helped me to develop. I am considered a go to change agent in my organization, leading significant change initiatives that drive significant business results.Terri MacLeod, GM Supply Chain, Calgary, AB
Working with Sarah has helped me gain clarity on the path I want to forge and how I can do so. Sarah understood almost from the onset of our coaching relationship that it was important for me to be congruent with what I felt was meaningful to me - which gave me the utmost confidence in her ability as a trusted coach, advocate and truth seeker. I will forever be grateful of our work together.Claire Robinson
When I met Sarah, I was in the throes of the typical entrepreneurial dilemma needing to change some things in how I ran my businesses to improve my work-life balance and step out of the day-to-day operations to think more long-term. After working with Sarah for 6 months, she helped me gain clarity on my strengths, areas that I needed help, and build a plan. She worked with me while I executed the plan, giving me support as required to make small adjustments along the way. I found a business partner whose strengths complement mine and provide me with the time to apply my unique skills to the business where they are needed. Despite the pandemic, my businesses have had record growth and I have a much healthier work/life balance!Patti
