I highly suggest using Sarah's talents, she began coaching me on my pronouns, admittedly my speech was a little bit archaic, but Sarah really helped me to put things in perspective. She is very calm and she has a very non-judgmental attitude. I can honestly say that in this new world we live in we have to have a new language; Sarah knows how to speak that thank you so much for your help.Stewart Tucker Lundy
I came in having a fairly homogenous course, and not being fully expressed in the importance of diversity in my life and business. Coaching helped me open up. Sarah is fantastic at listening and asking the right questions. She brought a level of openness and non-judgement that allowed me to explore for myself. The process was open and fluid, which at times was challenging for me but at other times was exactly what I needed to explore in my own way. She helped me find my own way and expression of inclusion in my business. Her book feedback was also very helpful!June Lucarotti
I am really grateful for the time I was able to spend working with Sarah. She is an excellent listener and really helped me to dial in on some of the concerns or questions I had about the future of different projects. Her questions helped me to parse through some of the different challenges I had been experiencing in my work, both task based and interpersonal, and pull out key themes and pain points. Once those were surfaced we were able to work on ideas for addressing them, and then I had the opportunity to practice those things and come back for reflection. Had I not met with Sarah, over three months ago, I think I would still be stuck on the issues I was trying to work on.Colin Johnson
With Sarah's coaching, I’ve been empowered in new ways to move forward with things that are important in my life. Although generally I feel confident and effective in my actions, Sarah has been invaluable in areas where I can't seem to get traction by guiding me to see what inner thoughts are in the way of progress and then finding new paths to proceed. Through her warmth and pointed conversation, Sarah prompts insight and effective action to expand my world and get what I want in life.Sally L
I wanted support to heal trauma and to navigate the continuing experience of microaggressions in the workplace. These problems wiped me out, I focused a lot on them and was not able to focus on my work, it was difficult to turn off my "work" brain. During coaching, we centered our time around healing practices and allowing space between trauma and healing. Sarah seemed calm in our sessions and that energy transferred to me. I would let her know what I wanted to focus on and she would suggest a couple practices. I would then choose the better one and that's what we would do. Sarah created a space for me to vocalize what was on my mind and process it. My time spent with Sarah is still one that I carry with me even after my transition from my current workspace. I would recommend her to my friends and if I needed to, I would choose her to work with once again. I appreciate your heart and soul Sarah!CC
Some of the problems I was facing when I began coaching with Sarah were organizational challenges, a high stress environment, and different management styles that created misalignment. I appreciated the space for self-reflection and to be in touch with my felt experience. For leaders who want to connect more with their mind/body experience, and lead from the heart, I would recommend Sarah's coaching. I appreciated the body-centered approach that Sarah brings; it is an approach that can be beneficial for leaders to embrace.Anonymous, Senior Leader
I started coaching to address anxiety, self love, self doubt, struggling with managing my breathing while speaking especially when anxious or excited. I wanted tools to address them more readily. I am more connected to my body than I was before the coaching. Holding space is one of the most powerful parts of working with a coach. This was invaluable. Her reminders to help me re-ground myself, slow down and breathe were incredibly helpful. If you struggle with being connected with your body, Sarah's ability to incorporate the specific modality of somatic coaching was helpful to me for that reason.Reid, Coach
