My name is Sarah VanderMeiden and I am passionate about helping people clarify their life goals, overcome obstacles and take action to keep moving forward. I have over 30 years of experience helping people discover and realize their life purpose. My areas of expertise include comprehensive career development services, time management and productivity coaching and strategies to help college students attain academic success.

As your Life Coach, I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions designed to help you gain clarity and focus, identify options, make decisions and keep moving forward. Utilizing practices in mindset, productivity, positive psychology and wellness, our coaching partnership will help you clarify what you want and specify action steps to achieve your goals. My direct, honest and practical approach provides support and accountability to keep you on track toward your goals.

My coaching services are conveniently available for wherever you are. In fact, since 2016 the majority of my clients have worked with me through the phone and internet. I offer a complimentary 30-minute sample sessions by phone so you can be assured I am the right professional for your needs.

Life is such a precious gift - and we only get one shot at it. As we move through life, choices made years ago may no longer fit or feel as rewarding as they once were. We may have unrealized dreams and plans that remain alive in our heart and soul.
