About Me

Great leadership is not about having all the answers. It's about having the courage to ask better questions, lead authentically, and navigate challenges with confidence.

Throughout my career, I have led teams through growth, change, transformation, and uncertainty. I've spent more than two decades developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and helping organizations create environments where people can do their best work. From frontline leadership to senior executive roles, I've experienced the realities of leadership firsthand, including difficult conversations, organizational change, competing priorities, self-doubt, and the pressure that often comes with responsibility.

My coaching approach is practical, supportive, and growth-focused. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I partner with clients to help them gain clarity, uncover blind spots, strengthen their leadership presence, and take meaningful action toward their goals.

Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, emerging leaders, executives, and individuals navigating important life or career transitions. They may be stepping into a larger leadership role, preparing for the next chapter in their career, managing change, or seeking greater confidence and fulfillment in their work and life.

My background includes executive leadership, organizational transformation, leadership development, emotional intelligence, change management, and team effectiveness. I am DISC certified and continually invest in my own development as a coach and leader.
