About Me

If you are looking for a place to begin the journey to rediscovering what "lights your fire" so that you can live from a space that feels lighter, more creative and inspired, you have come to the right place. I am a creativity coach and professional artist.
I understand the frustration of feeling stuck. You have a vision but something stops you from getting your 'engine' started. I can support you by working together to be really clear on what you want, uncovering the beliefs that can keep you from moving in a new direction, being your accountability coach and igniting your imagination, creativity, inspiration and commitment to yourself.

My life could be seen to combine three strands. My life as an artist, as an explorer of the outside world and an explorer of the inner world. I have worn many hats in my working life, mostly involving Art, Design, Education and Hospitality. I have raised two children into fine adults.
