About Me

As a former People Centric Executive, I have honed my skills in various aspects of business and learning and development. I am a strong advocate for individual, team and leadership development, Psychological Safety in the workplace and a Growth mindset. I find utmost joy in leveraging my 25+ years of experience in Media, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility to support those accessing my coaching services.
I am open to working with all types of clients but have a passion for young women who are just starting out in their careers and looking to move up the ranks. Through my coaching I create meaningful and impactful growth and learning experiences, that go beyond the surface level. Experiences where clients feel comfortable and safe to engage, are energized to learn and share and are inspired to commit to growth and action.
