I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which reflects my commitment to the highest standards of coaching ethics and effectiveness. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held senior leadership roles in global organizations—spanning clinical research, pharma, and strategy—most recently serving as Global Head of Strategy & Operations at Novartis. These experiences give me a nuanced understanding of the challenges leaders face, from stakeholder alignment to decision fatigue and personal reinvention.

I’ve also mentored startup founders, served on boards, and taught leadership and entrepreneurship to students and professionals alike.
