About Me

Sasha Sumling is not your typical business coach. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, birth doula, certified Hello Seven Business Coach, and the founder of Massagemomma, a brand built on over two decades of walking alongside Black and multicultural women through some of the most vulnerable and powerful moments of their lives.
Sasha knows what it means to build something real from the ground up. She became a momma at 18, built a thriving massage and doula practice while raising her family, and went on to create a coaching methodology that lives at the intersection of body-centered wisdom and bold CEO strategy. She understands that the same woman who catches babies and holds space for laboring mommas is also an entrepreneur carrying a vision that deserves a real business behind it.
As the creator of Mommapreneur Mastery: From Maternity to Millions, Sasha coaches established Black and multicultural women service-business founders who have already built something significant and are ready to stop shrinking, raise their prices, and scale with intention. Her clients are doulas, healers, coaches, and maternal health professionals who have been doing the work for years and simply need someone to hold the mirror up and tell them what they have already built is real.
Her approach is direct, deeply personal, and rooted in the Hello Seven framework of bold money mindset, premium offer strategy, and CEO identity work. She does not coach from a textbook. She coaches from lived experience, from the treatment table, from the birth room, and from her own journey of building a legacy business while raising a family and showing up fully for her community.
