I’ve been there.
Before becoming a career and life coach, I spent eight years climbing the corporate ladder in strategic HR roles. On the outside, I had what many would call “success”; a stable job, promotions, and recognition. But inside, I felt unfulfilled. I was weighed down by societal expectations, chasing goals that no longer felt meaningful. Despite everything I had built, I felt stuck. How could I walk away from a secure, hard-earned career?
That inner conflict became a turning point.
Through deep self-reflection and inner work, I reconnected with my purpose. I found the courage to pivot, and today, I dedicate my life to support others do the same: to find their right career path, and start living their life towards greater flow, joy and fulfilment.
With my certifications as a transformational coach, yoga instructor, and MSc in Strategic HR, I bring a holistic approach to my coaching practice. Through different exercises and self-reflection, I show clients how they can listen to their own inner compass and recognize their unique strengths, interests and passions. Once the way forward is clear, I support them in mapping actionable steps and walking alongside them through their transformational journey.

Sasja is an excellent coach. She helped me overcome my own limitations related to professional challenges, which allowed me to grow tremendously in a short period of time.
