About Me

After 7 years of my own personal development involving 3 career transitions, I discovered my passion for helping others be their true authentic selves, live a life that they truly want to live and have control over their our own minds and emotions.

This includes breaking through many barriers like lack of self-belief, fear of judgement from others and self, emotional disconnection and fear of failure and/or success.

I founded my coaching practice 4 years ago and have coached over 150 individuals between the ages of 13 and 61 in areas such as relationships, emotional management, career development, business, mindset and health.

Problems I help with:
- Feeling isolated even when surrounded by people.
- Not being able to make decisions and do things in life because of not having control of the outcome or lack of confidence to pull it off.
- Needing approval and validation from others.
- Lack of fullfilment in relationships.
- Feeling lost.

I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming coach, Emotional Intimacy coach and am currently working towards a qualification in counselling. I am very well versed with various coaching tools and techniques such as timeline therapy, inner child work, wheel of life, ideal average day, visualizations and much more.

I strongly believe that there is incredible potential within each of us. Through a holistic, simple and collaborative approach I help others identify what they truly want in life, their strengths that will help them achieve it and any areas of gap that may come in the way of fulfilling their dreams. Over the years I have found a good balance of adopting a personal yet professional approach which can be highly customised based on the individual needs of my clients.

Providing a safe, judgement free space comes naturally to me. I also believe in creating a fun environment and holding my clients accountable when needed.
