There’s always a way out. You can have it all – a successful career, a great relationship with your loved ones, and be an authentic self. The reason you are not living your ideal life now is that you’ve neglected at setting priorities and boundaries in your life. You say yes to too many things, and you don’t take care of yourself.

My Transformational Coaching session is all about setting boundaries. We start by looking at what really matters to you in all aspects of your life, and then we systematically prioritize which ones matter most, and figure out ways to either eliminate or delegate the rest.

My clients constantly tell me they feel a freedom they’ve never experienced before. A calming influence that comes from knowing what truly matters in their lives, and understanding that it’s all in the choices they make. After working through my sessions, they’ve developed skills to recognize which of their activities are truly important, and which ones can be done away with.

I practise methodologies from branches of psychology and have been trained extensively in meditation, including Psychology of Vision and Family Constellation. I am also a certified trainer and master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® & Hypnotherapy. With my wealth of knowledge and my 14 years of experience, my commitment is to support you to live up to the best version of yourself in every aspect of your life.
