About Me

I am the founder, CEO, and principal coach at Blocks2Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting. I'm a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC, the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.

As of May 2018, I'm also an active member of ICF-Global and ICF Maryland (International Coach Federation).

My career includes more than 20 years of climbing the corporate leadership ladder in multiple fields like big-box retail, QSR (quick service restaurants), operations leadership and franchising! I have extensive experience in what it takes to make a smooth and successful transition from managing your business and your people to being an effective leader that people trust, respect, and deliver results for.

I believe that each of us already has the glimpse of genius within us to consistently reach bold and audacious goals - as long as we are confident and inspired enough to be willing to define them and take massive action.

My style is not that of an incremental coach - 5% more clarity, 10% more balance, etc. I will empower you to take the action - not merely activity - to achieve exponential results. I believe that cultivating an awareness within each of us is essential to realize that everything you want is much closer than you think.
