About Me

When it comes to having a fresh start, things can get blurry quickly. We can easily become stressed and question our decisions - and this eventually becomes routine. This questioning furthers our anxiety levels and a snowball of anxiousness begins to roll and take a toll on how we move forward.

Or, we can seek out some help. Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, stress does not add anything positive to a situation. We, instead, should remain calm and breathe through our discernments, especially those such as changing careers. We should clear our minds of any storm wanting to see us fail. We owe it to the person in the mirror. This type of accountability is what I want to bring to the table as we discuss ways for you to move forward.

My philosophy includes allowing people to work in chunks, as Rome was not built in one day. Little by little. Baby steps. To take on this challenge some change is typically needed and that includes some new outlooks.

In the past I've worked with young adults and college students to better themselves academically, focusing on their organizational habits, as well as assisting them in approaching a variety of hurdles. Its considerably fulfilling being able to observe people acknowledge conflict and turn their way of thinking to find success. They find purpose in it, as do I.
