About Me

$100/month for my coaching. I coach runners who have qualified for the Boston Marathon to runners who are trying to complete their first marathon. Any speed is welcome and my approach is to always build slowly and safely to prevent injury and ensure a long and happy running journey for my athletes. My background is both on the track as well as road/trails. On the track I was a 2:01 800M runner, went on to run 2:41 in the marathon and have also run a couple of 50 Mile races. I make personalized plans that includes texting/calling to see how things are going for my athletes!
