About Me

For a long time I used to work in corporate management, working in retail, entertainment, marketing and elsewhere. During this time I became a coach and a mentor for individuals or groups that I worked with. This led me to get fully qualified as a personal performance and development, and corporate and executive coach. Since then I've worked with all manner of people, putting more than a decade of experience into practice to help people get to where they want to be in their careers, businesses, relationships, studies, personal behaviours, and beliefs and values.
I believe that coaching can help everyone which is why I also post daily to YouTube and weekly to the blog linked above so that I can help both my clients directly and as many other people as I can through sharing insights and questions raised during the coaching process.
In myself my clients tell me I'm approachable with a knack for putting things in perspective and context to make obstacles feel more manageable whilst also ensuring my clients are held accountable what they do and don't achieve so that they can learn from both the good and the bad from any situation.
