About Me

Hi,
My coaching and philosophy comes from understanding where you are currently and where you wish to get to. Then define the expectation gap and provide steps and a timeline to achieve the outcome.
I look to bring focus to the limiting factors that you may be facing and the blind spots you may have, which are blocking you to take the next steps in your life and be in action creating an outcome you want.

I have been mentoring number of start-ups to guide them in the right direction to support their growth as fast as possible, in Software development/Health & fitness/ Manufacturing / Sustainable produtcs/SME technology companies/ Charities.

I have been coaching participants on a Self Expression and Leadership program, which gives them the power to be fully self expressed with freedom and peace of mind in as many areas of their life.

Since June 2016, I have been working on myself with public speaking as this was my fear and I have created a number of possibilities with the help of a lot of tools overs the years, which have all had the greatest impact and I am continually working on this to become a better speaker each day. I understand the pain people go through and can provide the tools that will assist. Which requires great strength and commitment in the long run. I recognise this will be ongoing development over my lifetime. Received certification in Acting School from Pinewood Studios in Denham, UK Level 1 to 3.

I have setup four technology start-ups in the last 19 years and have raised funding for each company for Research & Development company. Brought innovative products to market globally from USA to Asia. I have been part of three UK accelerators (Manchester University/Ignite -Newcastle/Dell UK) and also set-up a company in the USA in 2010.

My background is BA Accounting and Finance and implemented all start-up options for tech companies. SAP MSc Information & technology, qualified as an SAP consultant in FI and SD.
