About Me

There are many reasons people choose to see a Coaching Psychologist.
I work with people of any age and can help people with all manner of reasons from issues around stress at work at home or in their relationships. I also work with people are struggling to change something in their life that they are unhappy with, for example unemployment or redundancy. I also work with others who wish to enhance their performance in their work, life or business or even sport.

Coaching Psychology is a forward thinking practice. The focus is very much on looking forward to what it is you wish to change and to look at the tools and strategies that can help you to achieve this. In the process we will look at problems or challenges and address how these obstacles may be overcome.

Multi-passionate Clients
One of my areas of particular expertise is in working with clients who are ‘multi-passionate’ (MP). To be MP means that you are usually juggling several things in your life which can be of significance to you. It might be for example that you have more than one business, or that you have a career alongside some significant hobbies that take up much of your time. It can also means that you are balancing your life between a successful job, family and relationship.

I LOVE working with MP clients helping them to focus on projects, complete projects of passion and also prioritise what it is they really want to focus on.
