About Me
I support individuals experiencing change to navigate the complex feelings and factors that accompany transition. Whether your world has been upended up by a breakup, career change, retirement, loss, relocation, or simply a shifting sense of self, it can be extremely confronting and uncomfortable to move from something familiar into something unknown. However, the process of shedding the old and welcoming the new is also a time for rebirth – a fertile and creative period that can support you in becoming more of who you truly are.
I’m a certified life coach and psychotherapist with a deep curiosity for the complex ways in which we experience our humanness. Not only am I deeply committed to helping others live fulfilling and meaningful lives, but I’m constantly looking inward and doing my own work. Having guided myself and many others into the murky waters of Self, I know, without a doubt, the power each of us has over our own experiences of life. Change starts within – with shining awareness onto our patterns, beliefs and habits with non-judgemental curiosity. From this place of open-eyed honesty, we can then begin to shed what no longer serves us, create new patterns, and build a more authentic life. It’s a harrowing journey at times, but it’s DEFINITELY worth it.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I recently relocated to New Zealand with my husband. The process of thinking about moving across the world, and then actually doing it (amid a pandemic) has had me deeply immersed in the layers and stages of transition. In my free time I enjoy hiking, riding bikes, sipping coffee while pondering life, doing yoga, and trying not to spend too much time on my phone.
Get in touch if you feel lost, stuck, frustrated or overwhelmed by circumstances in your life and are ready to embrace of new perspective and way forward. As you deepen into self-trust, learn new skills, and start becoming comfortable in the uncomfortable, real transformation can be expected.
