About Me

For over a decade Shannon Michelle has had the pleasure and great opportunity to lead Human Resources departments for various organizations. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries as she has served a diverse spectrum of companies; including those identified as Fortune500, non-profits, large consulting, engineering as well as health care organizations.

Throughout her career she has been sought out to assist, guide and counsel numerous executives and professionals who requested advisement regarding career challenges and career development. Shannon’s passion is helping people maximize their potential. Her desire to see others step into their destiny and achieve their goals motivated her to also become a certified life coach.

She enjoys helping others break through barriers that have held them back for years, or even decades. Shannon is also an artist and currently authoring her first book.
