I work for individuals, groups/teams, and companies helping people create career success as they define that.
For individuals and groups: When you're unsatisfied or not as successful as you want to be in your career, I help you clarify what's holding you back, set goals, plan and carry out actions that reach goals. speak your value in language employers understand, and negotiate the success, compensation, and advancement you want. Individuals have one-to-one sessions. Groups require a minimum of six participants and are capped at twelve. Find the next career opportunity faster when you follow and are accountable to your plan.
For companies/teams: When executives and high-potential employees or successors need support to reach their full potential in your organization, I can help you build those effective leaders. When your team needs to collaborate better, improve goal focus, manage conflict productively, improve productivity, or adapt to change, I help you make it happen. When you terminate workers and want to maintain good relationships with them, I do individual or group outplacement. These services help you to increase employee engagement and retention, build capacity in the ranks, and operate more profitably.
My blended training and coaching processes include goal clarity, brand focus, experiential learning collaborations, practice, adaptation, action plans, accountability, and celebration with healthy doses of fun.
Through the International Coach Academy, I'm a certified professional individual and group coach. With decades of experience as a career coach and advocate, I'm also a certified negotiator (Harvard Project on Negotiation). As a member of the ICF, I maintain high standards and ethics for practice.

I was caught off guard in a downsizing. Although my network was talking to me and I had interviews, no offers were coming. Now, I know it takes longer to find a position at the COO level, but I began to suspect my age was an obstacle. A friend attended a workshop Sharee presented and was impressed by her idea to turn a weakness into a strength, so I contacted her. We built a new search strategy for me from a new perspective and in about 4 months, I had a position that is fulfilling and challenging in an organization that appreciates my maturity.
