About Me

Hi I'm Sharon and my expertise is in discovering the authentic and natural voice as a deep healing and supportive modality during menopause. I work with women who feel that the joy has been zapped from their lives and who often feel invisible and unsure about their purpose. The sometimes severe and often uncomfortable symptoms of menopause coupled by insecurities around identity and purpose, often fueled by a society that doesn't understand menopause, can provide a perfect opportunity to really deepen the connection to ourselves and open up to the innate wisdom within that really knows how to be the person we are meant to be. I blend an online programme which has specific exercises to enable an organised routine of self-care which is fundamental as a foundation to feel yourself again, with online life coaching and singing therapy. The singing therapy aids self-awareness and re-connection to the body and the coaching enables inner reflection, new perspectives and challenges to ingrained beliefs and ideals. I have been teaching music for 25 years and vocals for half of that time. I am also a naturopath and qualified transformational life coach. There is no requirement to have any musical or vocal talent or even knowledge - this is about going back to what has thwarted your expression and releasing it through singing and sound embodiment.
