About Me

I’m a trauma-informed, Co-Active Certified Coach with two decades of experience leading teams and shaping culture in fast-moving tech environments, including senior roles at Etsy, Spotify, and Universal Music Group. I coach people in the in-between: the tender, often disorienting space where the old way no longer fits and the new way hasn’t fully arrived. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, moving through grief, stepping into leadership, or questioning what’s next, I offer a grounded, strategic, and relational presence to help you reconnect with what matters and move forward with clarity and courage.

My coaching draws on years of building high-performing, inclusive teams, leading large-scale transformation, and holding space for change, both personal and collective. I especially support LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and system-impacted folks in untangling internalized messages, reclaiming voice and power, and stepping into leadership that’s sustainable and aligned. I believe growth doesn’t have to be performative or extractive. It can be slow, rooted, and deeply true.

I meet people where they are, with curiosity and compassion, and help them stretch into who they’re becoming. My approach blends presence with action, structure with spaciousness, and always centers the humanity in the work. I hold space for complexity, for grief, for becoming, and I walk alongside clients as they lead themselves and others with intention, even in uncertain times.
