About Me

I received my education at Ohio University where I received bachelor's degrees in psychology and criminology. I started my career as a mental health specialist in northern, Ohio. I've worked with individuals from the age of 7 to over 70. As my career progressed I began to work with large organizations assisting them with leadership development, executive coaching, training, employee management, and much more. I've created and successfully implemented programs such as a stress management program from homeless veterans. My favorite part of coaching is to see people progress from one area of their life to a new area where they are happy, less stressed, and more confident.
