About Me

My passion is helping women gain greater clarity, confidence, and direction so they can make empowered decisions, strengthen relationships, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful change.

As a Clarity and Behavioral Insight Coach, I work primarily with professional women carrying significant responsibilities while balancing career, relationships, family, and their own well-being. Many of my clients are capable, accomplished women who still feel overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain about their next steps, or disconnected from what they truly want.

My background includes decades of professional experience, leadership, business ownership, coaching, and mentoring. Having navigated my own career, relationships, family responsibilities, and major life transitions, I understand how easy it is to lose sight of yourself while juggling it all.

Like many women, my journey has included challenges, setbacks, and seasons of profound growth. Through those experiences, I learned that lasting transformation doesn't happen by wishing things were different—it happens when we honestly examine what is and isn't working, gain new insight, and take consistent action toward the life we want.

Today, my approach is grounded in Christian principles, which shape how I see every client's journey—even when faith isn't part of our conversation. I combine behavioral insights, practical coaching strategies, accountability, and encouragement to help women understand themselves, overcome obstacles, improve relationships, build confidence, and move forward with greater purpose.
