As a therapist, and a certified wellness specialist I believe strongly that it’s an honor to walk with people when they are going through a difficult time or season. As a mental health professional, I have seen first hand people grow, heal, and recover to get the life they have always wanted. I live on a working farm with horses and love incorporating nature with simple practices that you can use your entire life, not just during a difficult season.
