If anxiety, stress, depression a lack of confidence, spiritual guidance is holding you back; I can help you; I assist clients and offer a range of services, many of which are customized to my client’s needs, for example; helping you to take control of your emotional behaviors, helping you overcome negative thoughts patterns that hinders one from evolving to your full potential, overcoming fear and anxiety, thus living an extraordinary live.

I am the CEO & Founder of a talking therapy enterprise; BE (Breakthrough-Empowering Life Coaching). I created BE, to assist, to destroy obstacles, to empower, inspire and to motivate human beings, enabling them to grow gracefully, fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives

I am also the Founder of a supporting women’s group; Unity Is Strength (motto) Our Faith Can Move Mountains (name). I encircle my life around growing in Christ and love connecting with others who are like minded

My career and experiences span well over twenty years dealing with the human mindset in the workplace as a Human Resource Manager. Here, I ‘ve worked consistently seeing and understanding human behaviors, in turn helping individuals identify their core values, and emphasizing strong, positive ethics. I work regularly with youths embracing and understanding their life challengers thus, directing them on a path of growth and self-worth.

After having such a long and successful career, I realized that impacting human lives is indeed my passion and God’s Purpose for me Several years ago, I added to my career; this inspiring, fascinating field: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I am loving every moment of of this. My aim is to transform lives in every aspect specifically to do God’s Will.
