from our sufferings; there is a revelation of our purpose and finding true love in ourselves. These sufferings brings us to an amazing path when we learn to tap in to these life events. Finding ways to heal by plucking the bad weeds from its root, and re-create and plant a new “life” and let it bloom beautifully. I am a survivalist of our “life bootcamp” and my purpose is to help you heal and guide you in a much clearer view of your life goals.

I give options to do sessions adding to “self-love” assignments by applying physical exercises with ancient dance, fitness training, meditation, pilates and Sekhem.
