About Me

Shireena Shroff Manchharam is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Sheens Consulting, specializing in one-on-one coaching and group training workshops.

She is a certified Image Consultant, having trained under the Academy of Image Mastery and the London Image Institute. Shireena is also a certified Life Coach, licensed by the Neuroleadership Institute.

She holds certifications in the Science of Well-being and Positive Psychology Coaching and Mentoring from Aventis Learning Group. Additionally, she is certified by Mental Health First Aid International® as a Mental Health First Aid Responder.

Shireena is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Singapore Chapter. Shireena is the Founder and Creator of Getting to Happy™, a mental health movement aimed at inspiring the community to live happier, more mindful lives. Getting to Happy™ provides training in science-based methods to enhance well-being and has collaborated with numerous schools, individuals, and corporations in Singapore.

Shireena is passionate about empowering individuals to recognize that happiness is within their control, with a strong desire to positively impact young lives.

As a mother of two, she also specializes in Corporate Maternity Coaching, helping women manage their transition back to the workplace after childbirth.

Shireena serves as a mentor at the Halogen Foundation, a non-profit public charter charity in Singapore, where she provides mentorship to students and conducts group training sessions at local educational institutions.

Dynamic and entrepreneurial, Shireena has lived and worked in various countries, gaining a global perspective on cultural diversity. From her childhood in Kobe and New Delhi to studying in Ottawa and Madrid, and working in Hong Kong, she now calls Singapore home.

Shireena holds a Bachelor of International Business with a Minor in Spanish and a Concentration in International Trade & Marketing from Carleton University in Ottawa.
