Over the last two decades, my professional journey has taken me from building high-performing organizations to transforming how people lead themselves. As an ICF-Certified Coach, I help leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs reflect, reset, and reinvent themselves to thrive. Like any organisation, an individual too needs a mission, vision, and plan to unlock their true potential.

Before founding my coaching practice, I spent 23+ years shaping culture, capability, and change in Fortune 500s like GE, Genpact, and AIG. As CHRO for AIG India, I led large, diverse teams across multiple geographies, drove strategic transformations, and navigated challenges with resilience and empathy.

I bring this wealth of experience and the same passion for people into every coaching conversation. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human.
