“Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.” ― Henry Ford
I am a huge believer in the above quote and in the human potential. My coaching philosophy is that a coach is like a servant leader, who leads by serving his/her clients to increase their self-awareness, uncover their limiting beliefs, make informed choices and realise their untapped potential.
For me a coaching relationship is a partnership between me and my client, one that involves a fine balance between:
• Challenging and supporting my client;
• Having a framework for coaching but not letting the framework become more important than my client;
• Being an accountability partner to my client but never the one driving the agenda.
I am an Associate Certified Coach from the ICF and a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy, Australia. I have an MBA from the Kelley School of Business (Indiana University, USA) and a cumulative experience of 7 years in Consulting and Coaching.

Shruti is an amazing coach! She listens with patience and provides a safe environment to share. She really helps you get to the heart of the situation and inspires you to come up with solutions that truly make an impact in your life. I've had many sessions with Shruti and with each one she delivers! I'd highly recommend her to anyone wanting to work with a great coach!!Kris T
Shruti is a great coach. It was easy to establish a good rapport with her from the beginning, and she creates an environment where it is easy to discuss whats on my mind. I appreciate the fact that she comes from a professional background, as she is able to relate to what it is like to have a busy schedule working with demanding global clients who (usually on tight timelines) expect nothing short of excellence. Shruti is a superb listener, and is able to find relationships and connections among what may at first observation appear to be disparate thoughts. She has helped me to become more aware of myself and my motivations by helping me to get to the core of what drives me and to establish clearly what my guiding principles are. These are realizations I will take with me for the rest of my life. Shruti also provides that gentle nudge that I sometimes need. While not at all abrasive or brash, she is not afraid to challenge my conceptions and beliefs, and she is not interested in hearing my excuses. I leave sessions feeling like Ive had a workout. My mind is somewhat fatigued, but also buzzing with constructive energy and motivation to put things in action. If you really want to stretch yourself and grow, I cannot recommend Shruti enough.Brandon Whittaker
