I have always felt a sense of joy whenever I have succeeded in business or have seen someone to succeed. Whenever I could help some people to move to the next level ,I felt myself so much fulfilled.
While serving various companies globally for three decades as Corporate leader much of my energy got used in managing the P & L, Operation and Selling the goods. By nature I am people’s man and I found many companies land up in a situation of disconnect between business and people. Most of the corporate work does not promote an environment where real talent can bloom. Organizations suffer, people become unhappy due to no one’s fault. Companies start delving into a direction which has a fundamental flaw. As companies achieve some of the successes, many a times companies do not focus on the fact that why do the organization exist at the first place. The actions take place in pockets loosing customer and people focus. I started getting wonderful results by practicing internal coaching within the organization. Such encouragement ignited in me a passion to become a professional coach as I felt somewhere that this way I will be able to contribute to the world much more. As a result did quit cozy corporate world and embarked into a new journey. I enrolled myself in one of the best and rigorous coach training institute in USA and Singapore. God has been kind to show me such beautiful path which I am enjoying every day.
Personally I love to travel, explore various cultures, interact with wonderful people, spend time with my family, make money and read. I am not a perfect person. However, spiritualism is my central point of existence and I seek divine help to grow in this dimension. It amazes me when I think how Sun rises every day without fail. Get awestruck fur
