About Me

Sierra Hilaire is the wife to her childhood sweetheart Lionel and mother of 3 princesses, Kyla, Chelsea, Syleena and 1 prince Lionel Jr. She is also a Certified Self-Care Strategist and President of Divine Potential Services, Inc. who is on a mission to activate women to be authentic, balanced and free to relentlessly pursue their purpose through practical strategies, solutions and support.

In 2016, Sierra launched “The Freedom Experience” Family Conference founded on Isaiah 61:1 that says, “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness the prisoners.”

Sierra empowers women to achieve spiritual, social, physical and financial wellness through prayer, strategic planning, self-care and coaching. She created a support group “Self-Care For Survivors”, which is an online community that brings women together in a practical way to set an atmosphere for healing & growth. She engages in relevant & relatable candid conversations on balance, purpose, and freedom through Christ Jesus.

An ordained Pastor and Best-Selling Author, Sierra shares her story of how she overcame burnout and brokenness through deliverance, diet changes, personal development and a deeper understanding of her unique calling. Sierra’s signature coaching system “Readjust Your Routine” is known for manifesting supernatural peace, productivity and prosperity in the lives of her clients.

Her vision to see lives restored, established, strengthened and thriving has opened doors for her to speak at events like Daughters of David, Kingdom Visionary Strategic Planning Summit, We Will Win Women’s Empowerment Conference, I’m Every Woman and Fearless Women Living Out Loud.
