About Me

I shall offer you support to find and define your goals according to your values and accompany you in your quest to your self-knowledge, attaining your goals and maintaining them, sometimes by asking questions and sometimes by challenging you. We shall use your own rhythm, a unique formula in order to organize and reach wherever you wish to be. I shall offer support in identifying anything that keeps you from being where you want to be so that you remove any obstacle, and change what there is to be changed. I shall be near you in order to keep your motivation at the desired level.
My coaching style is: Awareness building, Challenging, Direct, Intuitive, Practical/Pragmatic.
I am member of the International Coaching Federation since 2012 and also member of Romanian Coaching Association. I have been trained in accordance with International Coaching Federation requirements and ITANLP. I am coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and currently in training for Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
