I know exactly how it feels to hit rock bottom as a single mum, stuck in victim mode and struggling in all areas of my life, repeating destructive patterns in my personal relationships, in my own past business and my mindset.

I am trained in Advanced Coaching with Neuroscience. The focus of this style of coaching will always be your agenda and the objective be always be your transformation. This coaching builds up your self-esteem, examines your beliefs, reminds you of who you are & reconnects you back to your inner wisdom. Our Coaching sessions are always with zero judgement, in total confidentiality and a safe environment.

I will use my extensive and varied life experiences and my deep knowledge of neuroscience at every step, developing a brain-friendly environment that will focus on the thinking, help you break out of autopilot, encourage new thinking and insight, leverage your brains preference for hardwiring and embed new learning and behavior to create change that sticks.
