About Me
The knotted ball of yarn? I know it because I’ve lived it—career reinvention, job loss, relocation, divorce, raising two kids through transition, and even cancer surgery that forced me to ask, What truly matters?
I understand “stuckness”—the freezing, the overthinking, the fear of choosing wrong—because I’ve lived every version of it. And I rebuilt myself from the inside out. Through clarity, courage, and intentional action, I reshaped my life, found purpose, achieved corporate success, founded a nonprofit teaching children boundaries and emotional regulation, and delivered a TEDx talk.
My coaching is where structure meets soul.
