About Me

I'm Snehasis Paul, an Engineering Manager turned Leadership Coach, dedicated to helping engineers become confident, influential leaders. With over 11 years in the engineering industry—leading high-performance teams and driving award-winning design—I understand the unique challenges technical professionals face when transitioning to leadership.
