About Me

I believe everyone struggles at a certain point in their life. I found my struggle in juggling my relationship and my family at the same time, I was trying to keep both afloat and I ended up sinking myself. Healthy boundaries are key in any successful loving relationship in your life, that’s the only way they will grow. With my BS in Psychology, I am equipped to help from a professional standpoint and will bring a personal touch to all of your current hiccups. I have worked in consumer based roles my whole career, from waitressing to now being an account manager, these skills have allowed me to bring a great confident individual keen to help everyone. Coming from a strict south Asian family, I had to navigate scenarios that I believe no child should ever do. I bring all of these different backgrounds to my expertise. My training will include learning and implementing healthy boundaries in your life, to your family, relationship or work life.
