About Me

I am PCC-ICF coach with 1000+ hours of coaching experience. I coach leaders , executives, women's across organisations for professional development . I am also a life coach to individual clients.
My coaching approach is based on understanding key aspect of the client's life where the client wants to work in coaching.
I adopt a very unique style of coaching where I help my client to go deeper into their inner resources with SUBCONSCIOUS MIND exercises and find out exactly what they want. I utilise LIFE VALUES approach to help my clients to understand themselves more and discover purpose of their life. I also integrate GROW approach while coaching leaders and APPRECIATIVE ENQUIRY approach while coaching individuals to develop a positive mindset which is required for achieving any goal in life.
I am coming from an Automotive Industry experience and worked in almost all domains that has helped me to understand the challenges individuals are facing at each level . This brings empathy in my coaching sessions and build deeper connect with my clients. My clients are able to describe their issues at deeper level and become more aware about themselves, their situation and environment. This brings more clarity on solutions and actions they generate in coaching sessions.
Being a women in coaching gives me an opportunity to coach women's on various aspects like coming back from a career break, work-life balance after having kids, developing support system for career growth, building leadership mindset and confidence, starting a career from scratch . This enables me to bring women on working platforms so that they become financially independent and contribute to economical development of the country.
