Why intimacy and life coaching?

The intersection of life and eroticism is passion. By supporting people to find their pathways and passion in life, we often encounter different professional and non-professional relationship topics. Also the topic of sexual and non-sexual passion and intensity, are interconnected themes.

I hold the value of effective exploration. The free and creative mindset of exploration is as much needed as the focus and intentionality of effectiveness. I aim to coach people into this two-sided view.

On my somatic sessions, you have the opportunity to experience your self on a more comprehensive sense by adding the somatic layer. You will learn to speak and see from a different viewpoint, which enriches your capacity to find new pathways to your goals.

I offer somatic exercises which deepen your realisations and give you more practical tools to use in your real life situations. I also offer to work with sexuality in a sexpositive and judgement-free container to explore yourself and your sexual identity.

With my guidance you will be able to gain self-knowledge more effectively and tackle your challenges, find passion in life by alligning with your deeper values and passions.

On the topic of sexuality, you can develop around sexual function, liberation or shame, desire or excitement, orgasm or pleasure and much more.

Sexuality is a diverse topic, starting from arriving into safety and comfort to build intimacy, through your body's senses or erotic presence. It can reach to your partner dynamics or even your regular life's stress level and habits.
