There's not one perfect way to parent better together; however, there's your way. Parenting can take a toll on our social life, alone time and relationships.

Here’s what I now know to be true…
 Parenting requires finesse and doesn't come with a set of rules.
 We're left with our childhood perspective while watching (and judging) what goes on around us. We live in information overload - books, therapists, and social media.
 We don't talk about the reality of relationships and parenting enough.
 Most books talk about what you've done wrong or claim you’re not doing enough – NOT true! They should be talking about our differences in how we parent, and how it REALLY works in the moment of terrible two meltdowns, temper tantrums and teenage defiance.
 There's not one perfect way to parent better together; however, there's your way. Parenting can be the best and worst thing all in one gasp. It takes a toll on our social life, alone time and relationships.

Now I believe in relationships and in better together.
This is why I created Life Forward Coaching, and why I became a parent coach. I’m bringing all that I’ve learned and the positive I’ve created as a mother, wife, and an ex-wife to you, so that you can get out the muck and feel (your version of) success as a parent and as a partner.
