About Me

I am Stacy, a social service worker, children's book author, certified health coach and life coach who specializes in Body Confidence Coaching. I started my career in social work because I have always had a passion for helping others learn how to help themselves. I have continued my career as a body confidence coach after personal struggles with disordered eating, body image issues and fears of never being good enough. Through my journey of healing my relationship with food and my body, I came to understand that many other people suffer in the same ways and it holds them back from the things they want to experience in life. I want to help you ease this pain for yourself because we all deserve food freedom and to experience life feeling confident in who we are.
