About Me
As a life and leadership coach, I help people manage stress, anxiety, and life or work transitions with clarity and confidence — supporting mental health, career growth, and balance through practical, human-first coaching.
Most of my clients are capable, driven individuals who are simply tired of feeling stretched too thin or stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or constant pressure. They’re ready to feel more grounded, clear, and in control of how they lead, work, and live — not just get through the day, but actually enjoy it again.
I know what that feels like. I spent nearly two decades leading teams and operations in the global cruise industry — a fast-paced environment where time, energy, and expectations never seemed to stop. Those years taught me how to navigate complexity, manage people under pressure, and build resilient teams without losing sight of the human behind the performance.
Today, I bring that experience into my coaching. Together, we work on clarity of direction, self-confidence, work-life balance, and healthier habits. You’ll learn to set priorities that align with your values, manage time with less guilt and more intention, and grow as a leader — in your own life or in your career.
My approach blends empathy with practicality. You’ll get reflection and structure, emotional awareness and accountability — all designed to help you make sustainable changes and feel more at peace with yourself and your path.

I had a few sessions with Stefania. She is a calm presence and a very good listener. She extracted relevant information, and rephrased it so that I heard my own words reflected back at me from a slightly different, less judgmental perspective. This helped me to get a better understanding of some of my blind spots. And in the instances where I was really stuck, she gave advice which I hadn't thought of and which opened up new perspectives. I contacted her for professional reasons, but during the sessions, a very difficult situation that I am facing, the loss of a child, came up. I see that a lot of people in my environment are struggling to know what to say around that. Which I understand, but it sometimes adds to the pain. Not so with Stefania, she's there, able to hold that particularly vulnerable space, gave me the time that I needed. I'm very grateful for that...
