Life rarely moves in a straight line. Sometimes a career ends before we are ready, a layoff, a reorganization, a quiet realization that the path no longer fits. Sometimes a loss, a move, or an inner restlessness signal that something needs to change. And sometimes we simply find ourselves at a crossroads, knowing the old chapter is over but uncertain how to begin the next one. That is exactly where I work.

I have fallen and resurfaced, more than once. Each time, an unshakeable desire to turn the page carried me forward. That lived experience is what I bring to you, not theory or a certification alone but the hard-won wisdom of someone who has walked through uncertainty and found solid ground.

For more than 30 years I led and mentored professionals across major organizations, helping them navigate transitions, earn promotions they didn't think were possible, and rediscover their purpose. Long before I became a certified coach, coaching was already at the heart of how I led.

I am a certified life coach through Achology Academy UK, accredited by the Society of Modern Applied Psychology, with studies in Positive Psychology at the University of Oxford.
