About Me

For more than 30 years, I led and mentored teams across federal and private-sector organizations. Long before I trained as a coach, coaching was already how I earned the trust of my team and took them to unexpected results - leading with questions instead of directives, and trusting people to find their own way forward.

I work with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential managers on the challenges that matter most: stepping into a new role, leading through others instead of doing everything yourself, navigating a demanding board or difficult stakeholders, and deciding what kind of leader you want to be remembered as. I also work with teams directly - helping them build trust, make decisions under pressure, and turn good intentions into shared goals that hold up under real pressure.

My approach is Solution Focused, grounded in the coaching competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the evidence base of Positive Psychology. Rather than dissecting what's wrong, we spend our time on what's already working, what you want more of, and the smallest next step that moves you there. No formulas. No advice unless you ask for it - just a structured conversation that helps you find your own answers, faster.

I'm Level 1 Solutions Academy Certified, hold a Certified Life Coach Practitioner credential from Achology Academy (UK), and studied Positive Psychology at the University of Oxford. I'm currently completing my ICF ACC certification through Solutions Academy.
