About Me

I help adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next create a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with who they are. At Authentic Life Now, I offer individual life coaching, relationship coaching, and career coaching.

My approach is practical, honest, and personal. We explore what matters to you, where life feels out of alignment, and what you genuinely want rather than what you have been taught you should want. I bring more than 28 years of experience as a business owner, over eight years of coaching experience, and decades of teaching and mentoring through martial arts. I believe useful change grows through honest questions, self-awareness, personal responsibility, and practice.
