About Me
I help people who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next create a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with who they really are.
My approach to coaching is practical, honest, and deeply personal. I believe lasting change begins with understanding yourself—not simply setting more goals or trying harder. Together, we look at the different areas of your life, identify where things feel out of alignment, and uncover what you genuinely want rather than what you have been taught you *should* want.
I also use the Authentic Life Audit™ to examine key areas of your rlife, identify what feels out alignment, and clarify where meaningful change can begin
I bring more than 28 years of experience as a business owner, over eight years of coaching experience, and decades of teaching and mentoring through martial arts. Those experiences have taught me that growth rarely comes from having someone tell you what to do. It comes from having the right questions, honest reflection, accountability, and a safe place to explore who you are becoming.
My coaching often focuses on identity, relationships, health and well-being, habits, career and purpose, finances, and the environment you create around yourself. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we identify the areas that matter most and develop realistic steps toward greater alignment.
I work especially well with people who have reached a point where life may look fine from the outside but no longer feels right on the inside. You may be navigating a transition, questioning the direction of your life, struggling in a relationship, rebuilding after a major change, or simply realizing that you want something different.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning coaching. You simply need to be willing to look honestly at where you are, explore where you want to go, and take meaningful steps toward creating a life that feels like your own.
