About Me

I have been there - stuck, frustrated, feeling trapped like there is no way to either grow it and live a prosperous life or exit your business with grace, power, and joy.

I have been a physical therapist for 28 years and a physical therapy business owner for 22 years who turned around a struggling company to one that I enjoyed, saw the financial gains and profits, and eventually sold and exited that business. I have helped small business owners and leaders get clear on what they needed and helped guide them to a brighter future. I know all aspects of a small business and how to help you get free from the "overwhelmed operator" syndrome.

From this business experience, I have now moved into what I love to do most, helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives transform their businesses and their lives. With coaching, I will help you get time back to enjoy with your family and friends, and get you back to what they love to do. Maybe you are ready to close up shop or sell the business? I can help you navigate that change and come out with a huge smile on your face.

In my coaching sessions, I work with you to identify the areas that need attention, how to get you into a place where you are operating in your sweet spot with passion and energy, how to delegate what you don't like, and to create the changes that are necessary for the business to work for you and not you working for your business.

I work with clients at a minimum of twice per month via Zoom or in person to bring out the best in you and your business. You have the answers to your problems and I help you find those solutions and implement them quickly and efficiently.

In our sessions, we will create a vision of your future, work on your mindset to focus, create and execute a plan to achieve the success that only you can define for yourself.
